COVID-19 Update

By March 16, 2020News

With the increased attention around COVID-10 in recent weeks, we want to inform everyone that our doors remain open to serve you and your loved ones. Both residential facilities continue to admit patients and outpatient clinics continue to hold groups and individual therapy sessions. We also want to reassure that we are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of patients, family members, and referring partners.

As a licensed Behavioral Health facility, we proactively plan for issues like this and are prepared to handle anything that comes our way.

Preventative measures include:

  • Patient and Visitor Symptom Screening
  • Mask Provision
  • Limited Visitation Hours
    • Weekdays from 4:00-8:00PM
    • Weekends from 3:00-7:00PM
  • Many Other Additional Steps.

Given our mission to serve individuals with Substance Use and Mental Health disorders, we believe the best place for patients to be during these times is within our facilities so they can receive the care they need.Visitors who have a fever, cough, symptoms of respiratory infections or have traveled to restricted countries within the last two weeks, we ask that you do not visit.

As always, the health and safety of our patients, family members, and referring partners remain our top priority. We appreciate your cooperation. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out at 877-294-6561 or online at via our Ask A Counselor platform.
