DUI Education Seminars
Ages 18+ Only.
This sixteen-hour course is delivered online via telehealth using the Prime for Life curriculum. Participants must have access to a reliable internet connection and a device capable of video conferencing to attend. Seminars are held once a month, with available dates listed on the sign-up form.
Cost
Cost is $250 (Due before seminar starts.)
Payment Method
Cash, Credit Card, Bank Card, Check or Money Order. Payment can be made over the phone, online, or in person.
Things You Will Need
- Contact information for anyone who needs notification of completion – Name/Agency, Address, Phone Number, Fax Number, and Email
- If you need to send a completion notification to a court, bring your case number. The courts will not accept notification without one.
- If you completed your evaluation at another agency (not ShareHouse), we will require proof/letter of recommendation for the DUI seminar (Prime for Life Seminar, 16 Hour Seminar, etc)
- There is a hardcopy book that is required to be used during the seminar. This can be picked up at our outpatient location prior to/on the day of the seminar.
In-person, individual, and interpreter services are available by arrangement. Please call (701) 282 – 6561 to coordinate.
If there are not enough people signed up, we reserve the right to cancel. You will have the option to schedule for a different month!
