Jeremy Traen is President and CEO of ShareHouse, where he has served in multiple roles since 2006. He is in recovery and brings lived experience and professional leadership to advancing recovery‑oriented systems of care and access to services across North Dakota and Minnesota.

Chief Compliance Officer with over 30 years in addiction treatment, specializing in regulatory excellence and quality care. Holds an MS in Rehabilitation Counseling is an LMAC (ND), LPC/LAT (WY), and CRC, and has led compliance initiatives in her current role since 2011.
