Licensed Addiction Counselor\PRN-

This position will serve as a part-time/float/pro re nata Licensed Addiction Counselor who will assess clients’ chemical usage and treatment needs as well as educate and support the clients and their families.

We are looking for candidates that will work a specific part-time schedule with limited hours per week or fill in for other addiction counselors based on need and as requested during absences. To provide continued programming and care to clients, this position may include daytime and evening hours.

Counselor(s) will conduct assessments and provide individual and group counseling using a variety of therapeutic techniques to facilitate and maintain sobriety and wellness, assisting in growth and progress toward completion of treatment plan goals and objectives. Counselor(s) will also be responsible for case management, progress notes and documentation, as well as creation and review of treatment plans to be completed in a timely manner according to program-specific policy and procedure, and that adhere to applicable state, federal and agency regulations.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Required)

Part-Time House Supervisor-

BASED ON PROGRAMMING AND CLIENT POPULATION, THIS POSITION REQUIRES MALE CANDIDATES.

Duties include monitoring of residential daily activities, monitoring medications, performing random drug/alcohol tests, conducting new resident orientations, room checks, greeting visitors, answering phones, performing intake duties, light maintenance/housekeeping and special projects as assigned. This is a part-time position working various shifts. Must have valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable by insurance standards.

Experience:

  • chemical dependency facility supervision: 1 year (Required)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License:

  • Valid Drivers license (Required)

Weekend Overnight House Supervisor-

BASED ON PROGRAMMING AND CLIENT POPULATION, THIS POSITION REQUIRES FEMALE CANDIDATES.

$250 sign on bonus for this specific position only.  Duties include monitoring of residential daily activities, monitoring medications, performing random drug/alcohol tests, conducting new resident orientations, room checks, greeting visitors, answering phones, performing intake duties, light maintenance/housekeeping and special projects as assigned. This is a part-time position working variable Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. Must have valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable by insurance standards.

Human Resources Director-

  • Provide guidance and counsel to management regarding associate relations issues, including performance management, corrective action, in-house investigations and terminations, to ensure the consistency of practices and compliance with legal requirements and company policy.
  • Assist leadership in facilitating an environment for employees to communicate work-related concerns, acting as liaison between employees and the leadership team to foster and support “open door” policy and productive two-way communiation.
  • Assist in developing strategies and programs to include communication surveys/feedback processes, recognition programs, talent and risk assessments, leadership development, and exit interviews, providing management with feedback and recommendations to improve employee engagement and retention
  • Interpret and administer all company policies and procedures; develop, update, and maintain personnel policies, policy manuals and employee handbook as needed to ensure compliance and consistency
  • Supervise and facilitate processes related to benefit administration, enrollment and communication; research and propose new benefit programs and options to ensure cost effective and competitive benefits package.
  • Manage all organization leaves of absence to include Family Medical Leave, military leave, and short term disability to ensure compliance with federal law and company policies.
  • Assist in candidate pipeline development, recruitment, interviewing, and selection of candidates for all planned and replacement positions to ensure legal compliance and consistency of process, and to ensure qualified candidates.
  • Assist with the administration of company safety programs and policies including worker’s compensation programs to ensure legal and company policy compliance, cost-effectiveness and to ensure employees a safe work environment
  • Maintain all employee-related documents and forms including personnel files and employee information protected by HIPAA and other regulations to ensure compliance and confidentiality, along with organized storage and ease of accessibility
  • Oversee and maintain the HR database in conjunction with payroll, providing reports as needed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data.
  • Work with President and Controller to create, maintain and administer compensation to ensure total rewards packages are competitive, fair and consistently applied.
