The property includes nine two-bedroom apartments and three three-bedroom apartments, designed to support families in need of safe, affordable housing while they work toward long-term stability.

Sister’s Path operates in compliance with multiple federal, state, and local housing programs, including the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the City of Fargo HOME Program, the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA), and the Fargo Housing Authority (FHRA) Voucher Program.

These partnerships help ensure the program meets strict standards for affordability, safety, and fair housing access.
