Three-Year CARF Accreditation with Zero Recommendations

ShareHouse, Inc., a leading provider of substance use disorder treatment services in Fargo, has been awarded a Three-Year Accreditation by CARF International with zero recommendations—an accomplishment achieved by only 3 percent of surveyed organizations.

The accreditation, which extends through August 31, 2028, applies to ShareHouse’s comprehensive continuum of care for adults with substance use disorders and addictions, including:

  • Community Housing
  • Intensive Outpatient Treatment
  • Outpatient Treatment
  • Partial Hospitalization
  • Residential Treatment

“This achievement is an indication of your organization’s dedication and commitment to improving the quality of the lives of the persons served,” wrote Brian J. Boon, Ph.D., President and CEO of CARF International, in the accreditation letter to ShareHouse.

CARF International is an independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services providers. The accreditation process involves a rigorous on-site survey that examines an organization’s services, personnel, and documentation to ensure conformance to established standards of excellence.

According to the accreditation report, ShareHouse demonstrated “an established pattern of conformance to standards” across all reviewed program areas and governance standards, with services and documentation clearly indicating the organization’s commitment to quality care.

“Your organization should take pride in achieving this high level of accreditation,” Boon stated in the letter.

ShareHouse, Inc. has locations at 4227 9th Avenue South in Fargo, North Dakota and 1122 N 43rd St. in Grand Forks, North Dakota, and provides a full range of treatment services for adults struggling with substance use disorders and addictions, as well as mental health care.
