SUD Treatment Programs

Addiction Treatment Programs

ShareHouse provides substance use disorder treatment services across a connected network of care in Fargo and Grand Forks. Using the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) Criteria, every individual receives a comprehensive assessment to determine the appropriate level of care.

Our continuum of care includes residential treatment, outpatient services, recovery residence support, mental health services and more. ShareHouse supports clients who are assessed up to a ASAM Level 3.5.  We also maintain strong community partnerships to connect clients with medication-assisted treatment (MAT) services and other resources when clinically appropriate.

We provide social detox services; however, individuals assessed as needing a higher level of medical care may be referred to trusted partner facilities to ensure they receive the most appropriate level of supervision, stabilization, and support.
