You Don’t Have To Put Your Life On Hold To Get Addiction Treatment
Intensive outpatient meets 3 times per week and Low Intensive outpatient meets 2 times per week. These two levels of care are provided within the same group and with the same counselor allowing for a seamless transition from one level of care to another without interrupting the therapeutic relationship. Clients will learn new coping skills, develop a personal recovery plan, identify personal relapse triggers, complete chemical dependency assignments, attend additional self help support groups, and obtain a sponsor/mentor. Clients may then be transitioned into the relapse prevention and/or Continuing Care group for additional services depending upon the individual needs of each client.
Clients meet once a week to process the past week, gain support, and identify what tools they have used or may need to use.
Continuing Care meets once a week and assists individuals in their ongoing recovery program by facilitating independence and involvement in support groups, sponsorship, and community involvement.
