DUI Education Seminars

18+ Only

This sixteen-hour course uses the Prime for Life materials.  Exercises provide the participants with structured opportunities to apply what they have learned through self-examination of the actual and potential costs of DUI behavior to society and to the individual.  This course is offered both evenings and weekends.

Two Options per month,

Monday – Thursday 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Saturday and Sunday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Cost: 

DUI: $250

Due before seminar starts.

Payment Methods: Cash, Credit Card, Bank Card, Check or Money Order

Where to Pay: Payment can be made at the outpatient building before the seminar starts or we can take a card over the phone.

What to Bring:

• Contact information for anyone who needs notifications of completion (Address, phone number, fax number, email, etc.)
• If you need to send a completion notification to a court, bring your case number.  The courts will not accept completion notification without one.
• For DUI Seminar – proof of evaluation with recommendations
